Washington contact list questions

Yes. WARealEstates sells contact data for real estate professionals in Washington State only. Washington, D.C. is not included.

The explorer above shows every county and city list we sell today, with its record count and price. If a location is missing, there is no list for it yet.

The Email package has name, email, office name and office address. The Complete package adds office phone, fax, cell, license type and number, and association where the record has them.

Complete adds phone, fax, cell and license fields. Not every record has those fields, so check the field counts on each list before choosing.

When a reliable update date is available from the database, it is shown on the list page. If no date is shown, contact support before purchasing if freshness is important to your work.

Yes. The sample section shows the exact column layout with synthetic rows, and you can download a sample file.

Lists are delivered as CSV files, which open in Excel, Google Sheets and most CRMs.

Sign in and open My Downloads. All past purchases are there, including lists for other states bought before this site became Washington-only.
